Ingredients
6 egg whites
3 ounces chicken breast, cooked and diced
1-1/2 ounces fat-free Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
Preparation
- Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
- Lightly beat the egg whites with a fork and add to the pan. Cook, stirring, until halfway set. Add the diced chicken and cook through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
