Ingredients

2 T fresh lemon juice

1 t curry powder

2 t olive oil

3/4 t salt

1/2 t ground cumin

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 lb boneless chicken breasts

Preparation

marinate chicken in ingredients above for a minimum of 20 mins. either grill or pan fry until cooked through.

serve with pita bread, tahini or tatziki sauce, tomatoes, lettuce, and a chopped veggie salad.
