Ingredients

3/4 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped

1 tsp whole grain mustard

1 tsp White Mellow Miso paste

1 tbsp Mayo

1 tsp chopped celery

1.5 tsp chopped shallot

Preparation

Combine the whole grain mustard, miso paste and mayo. Stir to combine. Be sure to mix until the miso paste blends smooth. Then add the chopped chicken, celery and shallot and fold into Mayo mixture.
