Ingredients

3 boneless chicken breast, chopped

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

2 stalks green onion, finely chopped

1 egg white

salt and pepper

1 package egg roll wrappers

oil for frying

Preparation

Boil chicken breasts until tender, chop very fine. In a bowl mix chicken cream cheese and green onion, add salt and pepper to taste. Layout egg roll wrapper and place a full tablespoon of chicken mixture onto skin. Baste edges with egg white. Roll wrapper and seal around all edges. Fry in hot oil until browned on all sides.
