Ingredients

6 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise

3/4 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons green onions, diced

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon fresh dill

1/4 cup celery, diced

Poach chicken; cool and dice. Gently combine the chicken with the remaining ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
