Ingredients
1 Lemon Pepper Rotisserie Chicken - warm
Mayonnaise to taste
1-2 T. Honey
1/4 tsp. Curry Powder
Preparation
Remove chicken from bones and cut into bite-size pieces. (It is easiest to remove the chicken from the bones while it is warm.) Mix mayonnaise into the chicken until desired consistency is reached. Add honey and curry. Mix well. Refrigerate 12-24 hours to let flavors blend. Makes about four cups.
