Ingredients

Marinate:

3 C. cooked diced chicken

1 tsp. salt

1 T. onion, grated

2 T. lemon juice

Add:

1 C. mandarin oranges, drained

1 C. seedless grapes, cut in half

1 C. celery, dices

1 C. pineapple tidbits

1 C. toasted slivered almonds

1 C. macaroni rings, optional

3/4 C. Helman’s Mayonnaise

1 C. whipped cream, optional

Preparation

Combine chicken, onion, lemon juice and salt. Marinate for a day. Add remaining ingredients, except whipping cream. Toss and refrigerate until ready to serve. Fold in whipped cream, if desired. May serve on lettuce.
