Ingredients

1 cooked chicken breast or thigh

1/2 cup chopped cucumber

1/2 cup chopped celery

2T canola oil mayonaise

1t poppyseeds

1 cup walnuts

3/4 cup raisens

Preparation

Cut chicken into small cubes. Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Serve in a whole wheat pita pocket.

*You can add 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion if you like them raw.
