Ingredients

1c spiral macaroni

2c fresh snow peas, blanched

2c cubed cooked chicken

1/2c sliced green onions

1/2c sliced water chestnuts

1/2c mayonnaise

1t soy sauce

1/4 t pepper

1/8 t ginger

1t sherry, optional

1/4c toasted. slivered almonds

Preparation

In large bowl, combine pasta, peas, chicken, onions, water chestnuts. Blend mayo, soy, pepper and ginger (add sherry). and pour over large mixture. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
