Ingredients

2 cups chicken, cooked and cut into chunks.

1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts

1/2 pound seedless grapes cut in half

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/3 toasted slivered almonds

1 8 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained

Dressing

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1teas.curry powder

2 teas. soy sauce

2 teas. lemon juice

Preparation

Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl. In seperate bowl combine all dressing ingredients and mix well. Add dressing to salad and combine all. Chill Serves 5.
