oz. (2 cups) uncooked orzo or rosamarina (rice-shaped pasta)

cups mayonnaise or salad dressing

cup half-and-half

tablespoon salt

teaspoons white pepper

tablespoons lemon juice

cups cubed cooked chicken

2

cups seedless green grapes, halved

2

cups (1 large) chopped seeded cucumber

1

cup chopped celery

Preparation

Cook orzo to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water.

In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, half-and-half, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir in cooked orzo and all remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
