Ingredients

16 oz chicken broth

4 pcs chicken breast

2 cans RoTel diced green chiles

18 oz angel hair pasta (about 1½ pkg)

1 lb Velveeta cheese

Preparation

Boil and debone chicken in chicken broth (save broth) Shred chicken into bits Cook pasta using broth In separate pan, melt cheese, and add green chiles. Drain noodles, and add chicken bits Pour green chile and cheese mixture over and stir Pour into baking dish and bake at 400° until bubbling
