Ingredients

4 chicken breast

1 lg onion

1 bell pepper

2 cans Rotel

1 box Velveeta cheese diced

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 box mostaccioli

spices of choice

Preparation

Boil chicken and drain, but keep broth. Boil mostaccioli in broth. Chop onion, pepper, and cheese. Do not drain noodles, add all other ingredients to noodles. Stir good and pour in baking dish. Bake on 400 for 20 minutes. Delicious served with sour cream and crackers.
