1 c. white wine
2 bay leaves
2 T rosemary
2 c. potatoes, sliced
1/4 C olive oil

Pre-heat oven 400 Saute chicken in oil and garlic Season and add wine Simmer covered 5 min Uncover and cook fast until most of wine evaporated Add potatoes and bake at 400 Done when potatoes break up after 35 min.
