Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp chile powder
1 1/2 tsp montreal steak seasoning
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp paprika
2 tsp chopped parsley
2 dashes hot sauce
4 sheets phyllo dough
4 Tbsp butter (melted)
Preparation
Pre heat oven 425 degrees
Combine all spices in a bowl with the chicken…mix well but do not overwork… Place one sheet of phyllo on a non stick cookie sheet,butter it with a pastry brush, add second layer of phyllo. Divede chicken mixture in half. Make a log (approx i inch thick)the length of the long side of phyllo dough. Roll the log tightly. Place seam side down. Cut into four sections brush with butter.Repeat with remaining chicken and phyllo Bake 12 minutes until golden
