Ingredients
Chicken Breast or chicken cutlets
Flour
Eggs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Proscuito
Mozzarella
Marinara Sauce
Preparation
Coat thinly sliced chicken cutlets with flour, dip in beaten egg, and roll in bread crumbs. Saute in Extra Virgin Olive Oil until golden. Top with a slice of proscuito and mozzarella and roll up. Place in a baking dish. Spoon Marinara Sauce over rolls. Bake at 350°F until heated.
