Ingredients
1 1/4 C. raw old fashioned rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 C. melted butter (optional)
1/4 C. french dressing
1/4 C. milk.
Chicken breasts or thighs or legs, your choice.
Parmesan cheese
Sliced almonds (optional)
Preparation
Mix together: Soups, butter, french dressing and milk. Add 1/3 of this liquid mixture to the rice. Spread the rice mixture in a 9X13 buttered pan. Lay the chicken pieces on top of the rice. Pour remaining liquid mixture on top. Sprinkle with cheese and almonds. Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 275 degrees.
