Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/2cup margarine
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can chicken broth
9 oz. milk
2 1/2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
3 cups mixed vegetables
Preparation
1.Preheat oven to 400 2.Roll out dough and fit into small pie pan - flute edges 3.In small saucepan - melt margarine over medium heat 4.Whisk in flour, pepper, and poultry seasoning. cook until smooth and bubbly 5.Whisk in broth and milk - cook until it thickens and boils. stir constantly 6.Stir in chicken and vegetables 7.Divide mixture evenly into small pie pans lined with dough 8.Cover with dough 9.Place foil around edges 10.Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
