Ingredients

2 1/2-3# boneless chicken breasts, boiled, save broth

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 c chicken broth

1 stick butter, melted

1 c milk

1 tsp vinegar

2 c Bisquick

salt/pepper to taste

bag of mixed frozen vegetables of choice.

Preparation

Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces. Place in bottom of 10x13 baking pan. In bowl combine soups and broth. Pour over chicken. Melt butter, add milk and vinegar. Add Bisquick and combine. Spread vegetables over chicken and mix together. Pour batter over chicken, spreading it around to cover chicken well. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
