Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup diced carrots
1 stalk celery - chopped
2 tbl scallions
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 cups cooked chicken - cut
1 small can diced potatoes
2 tbl butter
3 tbl flour
1 cup skim milk
3 tbl white cooking wine
1 roll Pillsbury Pie crust
Preparation
Preheat over to 375F. Simmer veggies (excluding peas) until tender. Blend ingredients 8-11 into sauce over medium heat until think. Pour everything into baking dish, place crust over top and cut vents. Bake until golden brown (about 45 minutes).
