Ingredients
Puff pastry 1 sheet
Chicken Tenders 3/4 lb
Bag of mixed veggies
Pearl onions 1/2 c
Chicken Broth 1 c
Heavy Cream 1/4 c
Celery Chopped 2 stalks
Applewood smoked bacon 1-2 strips
1-2 Tb butter
1-2 Tb flour
Pinch of Thyme
1 Bay leaf
Preparation
Cook cut up chicken in butter. Season chicken with pepper and Lawry’s and add celery. When almost cooked,add flour. Add chicken broth, thyme, bay leaf, cooked bacon, veggies, and let simmer for 15 min. Butter dishes, put pastry over top and cut slits and brush with cream. Bake at 400 for 20 min.
