Ingredients
1 9" deep dish pie crust, 1 9" pie crust for top
1/3C Butter
3T Minced Vegi Stock (recipe elsewhere)
OR 1 Med onion and spices to preference
1/3C Flour
2C Home Made Chicken Stock
1/4C Heavy Cream
1/2-1C Pulled Shredded Chicken
2C Mixed Frozen Vegis (Trader Joe’s foursome blend)
Preparation
In sauce pan on med heat: Melt butter, add vegi stock (or onion & spices), and saute until soft Add flour and stir until dissolved Slowly add stock and cream, mixing continuously. Stir until thick and bubbly. Add pulled chicken and frozen vegis and mix until vegis are not frozen. Pour mix into 9" deep dish pie crust, cover with top crust and bake on 425º until crust is brown (30-45 min).
