Ingredients

2 oz Extra virgin olive oil

5 oz chicken breast

flour for dusting

2 oz wild mushrooms (portabella, criminis, shitaki)

4 oz spinach

2 oz San Marzano canned tomatoes

1 oz cream

1 oz dry white wine

2 oz parmesean cheese

basil

oregano

Salt

Pepper

5 oz prepared linguine noodles

Preparation

put olive oil into pan and get hot - dredge chicken breast in flour and put in hot oil- saute 4 min 1st side and flip saute 2 min and add your mushrooms and spinach 1 min - deglaze pan with wine and add San Marzano tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt and pepper and cream and let reduce till thick - Have your noodles warm in a pasta bowl and place sauteed ingredients over nooles and top with parmesean cheese
