Ingredients
3/4 lb or 2 cups cooked diced chicken
1 3 oz. pkg cream cheese - softened
1 T. chopped chives
2 T. milk
Salt to taste
2 pkg refrigerated crescent roles. (1 pkg=4 rectangles)
1/4 cups melted butter
1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons-crushed
Spaghetti sauce for dipping
Preparation
For Chicken: Put ingredients in food processor and mix.
For Breading: Spread out rolls into square/rectangles. Place 1/4 cup of chicken mixture in middle (spread out). Seal to a triangle. Brush with melted butter and roll/sprinkle in crushed croutons. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with spaghetti sauce for dipping.
