Ingredients
1 pk philo
1/2 cup (approx) melted butter
2 cups cooked chicken cubed
1 cup finely chopped ham
1 cup grated asiago cheese
1 cup cooked, chopped broccoli
1/3 cup commercial caesar dressing
freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Prepare philo, using three layers at a time, brushing each layer with melted butter. Using a pizza cutter, cut into three strips, lengthwise. Place one heaping spoonful onto one end of first strip of philo. Fold pastry at a right angle. (Follow directions on philo box to complete this). Repeat until all filling is used. (If you have left-overs, use for a quick panini sandwich!) Brush tops with butter. Bake in preheated oven at 375 until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
