Beefsteak Tomato 1 wl
Brie Cheese 6oz
Enoki Mushroom(opt) 8 oz
Garlic 2 cloves
Basil 1/2 bunch
Pine Nuts 1/3c
Olive oil 1/2cup
Parmesan Cheese 1/3c
Orange Juice 2c

Preparation
+Combine Garlic, Basil, Pine nut, Parmesan in a blender and slowly add the olive oil. +Marinate the chicken in OJ for about 20 minutes +Heat up the grill +Season chickn w/S & P. Grill chicken and then slice in halves for thin breasts. +Grill the foccacia for 2 minutes each side and then brush with olive oil…You must not use oil before grilling…Olive oil burns… +Add Pesto to top bun. +Add chicken then brie,tomato, and enoki in that order to bottom bun.
