Ingredients
1 Tortilla
Sliced chicken breast
Pepperoncini, slice
Greek olives, sliced
Torn fresh basil leaves
Shredded cheddar cheese
Diced tomato
Pepper
Preparation
On a plate, place tortilla flat and on one half place all ingredients. Fold over the other half of the tortilla and transfer to a panini press. Spray with olive oil from a mister and press until warmed through and cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
