Chicken Breasts

Egg

Flour

Corn Starch

Bread Crumbs

jar of marinara sauce

14 oz can of diced tomatoes

1/2 cup olive oil

4-5 garlic cloves

1 tbsp dried italian seasoning

Parmesian

mozarella

pasta

Preparation

  1. simmer together the marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, olive oil and whole garlic. for an hour or more.
  2. boil the pasta
  3. thaw and pound chicken to 1/2 inch thickness 4)beat egg with a few Tbsps water 5)mix equal parts corn starch, flour, and bread crumbs set aside for breading with chicken 6)dreadge the chicken into the egg mixture and then the bread crumb mixture
  4. heat some olive oil and fry the breaded chicken
  5. shredd mozarella cheese and parmesian over the chicken and place lid over skillet. Serve.
