Ingredients

Orzo

Chickene breast in strips

Marinade (terriyaki hot or Yoshida)

Mandarin orange segments (save juice)

Snow peas, green beans or sugar snap peas

Sliced or slivered almonds (toasting optional)

Olive oil

Scallions or spring onions

Fresh ginger

Preparation

Slice chicken breasts into strips or bite size pieces Marinate in sauce of choice for no more than 3-4 hours. Cook on grill in wok pan or on stove top Cook, microwave or steam the vegetable Cook orzo but do not over cook Drain orzo & drizzle with olive oil & some of mandarin orange juice. Add diced scallions/spring onions and diced fresh ginger.

Keep orzo separate from chicken vegetable mixture.

Mix cooked chicken, orange segments, almonds, vegetable, and some fresh sauce (not marinade sauce)
