Ingredients
1 chicken carcass (yum!, there’s something so appetizing about the word carcass)
4 cans chicken stalk
4 cans of water
2 cups egg noodles
4 minced garlic cloves
Nature’s Seasoning
½ Cup chopped celery
2 cups mixed veggies
1 tsp thyme
2 diced onions
Preparation
Boil carcass in 1 of the onions, garlic, stock and water. When all meat has fallen off of bones strain and divide the bones from the meat. Keep meat in a bowl on stove. While sorting add other ingredients besides the pasta to stock. Bring to a boil and then add noodles, cook for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and add chicken. Simmer for 25-45 minutes.
