Ingredients

3 Chicken breast halves

Salt/pepper

3 T chicken soup base

Chopped celery and carrots

1 can chicken broth

8 oz bag of noodles

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken breasts on foil lined cookie sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 30-35 minutes. Let cool and shred. Add water to a pot. Chop celery and carrots; add to water. Add broth and soup base. Cook over medium heat about 12 minutes. Add shredded chicken. Add noodles; cook according to package directions. Salt and pepper as needed. Do not overcook noodles.
