Ingredients
5 cups hot water
2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
46-oz. can chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken
1 tsp. salt
½ teaspoon marjoram or basil
2 bay leaves
4 cups “homestyle” noodles, uncooked
1/3 cup thinly sliced celery
1/3 chopped carrots
Preparation
- Dissolve bouillon in water. Pour into slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients besides noodles. Mix well.
- Cover. Cook on Low 4-6 hours
- Remove chicken and bay leaves from pot. Cut up chicken and place back inside. Add noodles and cook up to another hour on low or until noodles are tender.
