Ingredients

5 cups hot water

2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes

46-oz. can chicken broth

2 cups cooked chicken

1 tsp. salt

½ teaspoon marjoram or basil

2 bay leaves

4 cups “homestyle” noodles, uncooked

1/3 cup thinly sliced celery

1/3 chopped carrots

Preparation

  1. Dissolve bouillon in water. Pour into slow cooker.
  2. Add remaining ingredients besides noodles. Mix well.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 4-6 hours
  4. Remove chicken and bay leaves from pot. Cut up chicken and place back inside. Add noodles and cook up to another hour on low or until noodles are tender.
