Ingredients
2-3 lbs. skinless chicken breast
2 cups. water
salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. chopped onion
1 10 oz. box frozen peas
2 carrots sliced thin
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large bag noodles
Preparation
Boil chicken in water with salt, pepper, onion and carrots. Save stock. Chop chicken in small pieces and put in casserole. Cook noodles and peas until done in chicken stock. Put in casserole and add soup. Bake at 350 degrees until warm and ready to serve.
