Ingredients

4 average size boneless and skinless chicken breasts

Package of pre-sliced and washed mushrooms

Olive oil

Marsala wine

Can of Campbell’s mushroom soup

Drizzle of Creme de Casis

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Wash and trim 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Cut into small strips. Saute the strips in olive oil with Marsala wine. Add salt and pepper to taste. While chicken is being sauted, saute fresh sliced mushrooms in another skillet with olive oil and Marsala wine until golden. Combine mushrooms with chicken and add one can of mushroom soup. Cook until chicken is ready. Add a small amount of creme de casis into pan and mix in. Cook until sauce thickens. Serve with noodles or rice. Prep and cooking time is about 30 min.
