Ingredients
1 Package of cubed chicken boneless
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp canola oil
3/4 chicken stick
2 Tblsp flour
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 package of sliced mushrooms
Preparation
Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt & pepper. Heat Olive oil in skillet add chicken and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
In a small bowl mix broth and flour. Add broth mixture and remaining ingredients to skillet. Heat to boiling reduce heat cook for 5 more minutes on very low heat.
