Ingredients
1/4 c flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
12 t oregano
2 large chicken breasts
3 T butter
1/2 c Marsala
1 c fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
Preparation
Combine flour, salt, pepper and oregano. Dredge chicken in mixture. Heat oil and butter in skillet. Brown chicken on both sides. Add wine, mushrooms and garlic. Cover and simmer about minutes until tender.
