Ingredients
3 Tb olive oil
1/4 C onion diced
1 Tb minced garlic
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
3 Tb flour
1/2 C Marsala wine
1 1/2 C Beef stock
salt and pepper to taste
4 chicken breasts
1/2 C flour
1 egg
Preparation
add olive oil to heavy hot sauce pan. Add onions, garlic, mushrooms and saute until mushrooms are tender. Add flour and cook 1 minute then deglaze pan with wine. Add beef stock and cook until thick and flavors are blended.
Saute pounded chix breasts after dredging in egg and flour.
