BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS (SPLIT)

ANY KIND OF SLICED HAM

BROCCOLI SPEARS

PROVOLONE CHEESE (SLICED)

PESTO SAUCE (HOMEMADE OR STORE BRAND)

BUTTER (OPTIONAL)

GARLIC, SALT, PEPPER, ONION POWDER (TO TASTE)

Preparation

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

TAKE ONE 1/2 OF A CHICKEN BREAST AND POUND TILL FLAT



PLACE ONE SLICE OF HAM OVER THE FLATTENED CHICKEN



THEN PLACE ONE SLICE OF CHEESE OVER HAM....SPRINKLE

 PARSLEY OVER AREA AND PLACE ONE BROCCOLI SPEAR



AT THE TOP OF THE THICKEST PART OF THE CHICKEN BREAST

AND ROLL IT CLOSED (MAKE SURE THAT YOUR BROCCOLI PIECES 

       ARE LAID IN SUCH A WAY AS TO HAVE THE FLOWER PART AT

EACH END OF THE ROLL).



PLACE EACH ROLL IN AN UNBUTTERED PAN SIDE BY SIDE.



AFTER ROLLS ARE PLACED IN PAN...SPRINKLE SALT, GARLIC, 

ONION POWDER AND PEPPER TO TASTE (DON'T OVER SALT!). 



SPREAD APPROX. 2 TABLESPOONS OF PESTO OVER EACH ROLLS

(YOU CAN ADD MORE IF YOU LOVE PESTO!)



BAKE CHICKEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR APPROX. 20 TO 25 MINUTES.



OPTIONAL: LAY PADS OF BUTTER ON EACH END OF EACH ROLL 

FOR ADDITIONAL ..FATTENING...FLAVOR!
