Ingredients

1 cup uncooked rice (this is 4 portions)

1lb chicken breast

2 green bell peppers

2 Red Bell peppers

12 fresh mushrooms (whole)

1 onion

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp mccormicks Chicken Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cut bell peppers into 1.5" pieces, onion into wedges

1.1 Prepare rice as normal

  1. Preheat grill (or broiler)

  2. On 4 skewers, alternate Chicken, Green Pepper, Red Pepper, Mushroom, Onion. Repeat.

  3. Brush Olive oil on and sprinkle with Montreal chicken seasoning

  4. Grill for 5 minutes each side (until no longer pink inside)

  5. Place portion of rice and kabob on plate!
