Grated Parmesan Cheese

Butter

White wine

Paprika

Serve with Rice

Preparation

Pound and flatten chicken Sprinkle w/salt and garlic salt Drizzle w/oil Lay prosciutto on each piece Put sliced mozzarella on top Roll w/toothpick in each piece Squeeze fresh lemon over all Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese Place patties of butter on top of each (2 or 3) Pour white wine over all Sprinkle w/paprika Bake at 375 for 15 min., 450 for 10 min., and broil for 2 min. for color-BASTE!

Serve over rice.
