Ingredients
1 package frozen soy “chicken” patties, thawed
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup all pourpose flour
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespon large capers, drained
fresh strawberries
Preparation
Dip each thawed patty in milk, then dredge in flour. Heat butter in skillet over medium high heat. Cook “chicken” and garlic in butter until hot, about 4 minutes, turning once. Add wine and lemon juice, sprinkle with pepper. Cook until hot, sprinkle with capers. Garnish with strawberries.
