Ingredients
Tender chicken filets
Tagliatelle
Salted italian ham
Spring onoin
Tomato
Basil
Dried italian herbs
Sour cream
Preparation
Cook whole chicken fillets on med-high heat, season with pepper for about 5 min until golden brown.
Roll fillets in ham with slices of tomato and fresh basil leaves.
Cook chopped spring onion, add sour cream and italian herbs.
Put chicken in pan with sauce and simmer for 5 more minutes on low-med heat.
