Ingredients

4 sm boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

2 T flour

1 T oil

3/4 cup fat free chicken broth

4 oz Cream Cheese, cubed

1 T parsley

Preparation

Place chicken in resealable bag, along with flour, set aside Heat oil, on medium heat, add chicken, cook 5-6 min on each side or till cooked through, Remove save dripping, Cover chicken to keep warm Add broth to skillet, stir with wooden spoon to scrape up all bits from bottom of pan add cream cheese, cook 2-3 min until cream cheese is melted and sauce starts to thicken, stirring constantly with wire whisk Return chicken to skillet, turn over to coat both sides Transfer chicken to serving dish and enjoy can add a little Parmesan cheese
