Ingredients

• 1/4 cup vegetable oil

• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

• 1/8 cup lite soy sauce

• 1/4 teaspoon MSG

• 6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

Keep it in the refrigerator until ready to use (the oil will seperate from the other ingredients).

Prepare grill for chicken.

Use a pastry brush to mix the liquids and brush your chicken liberally and frequently on both sides as you grill.

Although I don’t prefer it this way, you can marinate the chicken in it for 5 minutes before cooking, but do NOT use this as a dipping sauce for cooked chicken – the mixture tastes awful uncooked.
