Ingredients

chicken thighs (4 pieces. drumstick only without skin)

4 tabelspoons honey

2 tablespoons regular mustard

2 tabelspoons mustard (a l’ancienne)

2 tabelspoons soya sauce

2 pinches of rosemary

Preparation

first clean the chicken and the cut some incision in the flesh. Mix the honey, mustard and soy sauce together to create a smooth marination and marinate chicken for 1 hour in fridge while turning from time to time. Place chicken in a baking dish , add rosemary on top and bake in a preheated oven for 45 min (25 min from bottom and 20 min from top) or until chicken is well cooked.
