Ingredients
2 cm piece ginger, finely chopped
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 chicken breast, cut into strips, or meat of choice
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup snow peas
1/2 carrot, julienned
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup water
Preparation
- Heat fry pan and add oil.
- Add garlic when oil is bubbling, then add the onion and cook until onion is almost cooked. 3- Add chicken and fry until cooked.
- Add the ginger and stir.
- Add the sauces and stir thoroughly.
- Add the vegetables and stir.
- Add the water and stir a little.
- Serve with steamed rice.
