Ingredients

1 qt. cut up chicken or turkey

1 can water chestnuts

1 lb. green grapes, sliced in half

1 C. celery, sliced

1/2 green and red peppers, chopped

1/2 C. roasted & salted Sunflower seeds

1 C. shell macaroni (cooked) optional

Dressing:

1 C. mayonnaise

1 T. balsamic vinegar

1 tsp. salt

black pepper

1/4 tsp. creamy horseradish

Preparation

Mix salad ingredients together in a large bowl. In a small mix dressing ingredients. Toss together, refrigerate until ready to serve.
