Ingredients
2 Cubed Steaks
2 Eggs beaten
1 T Water
2-3 c Italian Seasoned Bread
Crumbs
1 t Garlic Salt
1/4 c grated parmesean cheese
1/2 t black pepper
Canola oil to fry with
Preparation
Cut cubed steaks into quarters. Dip in egg wash, coat both sides of the meat with bread crumb mixture. Then press into the mixture to the bread crumbs with finger tips repeatedly. (This adds more coating,and tenderizes the meat even more.) Fry on medium heat with Canola oil until golden brown on both sides.
