Ingredients

6-4oz / 115g top round steaks

2 eggs

1/4cup / 60ml Milk

1cup / 250ml bread crumbs

1/4tsp / 1ml salt, pepper, basil, thyme leaves, chili powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika

1/3cup / 80ml flour

1/4cup / 60ml safflower oil

2cups / 500ml Country Gravy

Preparation

  • Tenderize meat

  • Blend the eggs with the milk

  • Mix bread crumbs with other seasonings

  • Dust steaks with flour, dip them in the egg wash, dredge through the seasonings

  • Heat the oil in a skillet, fry steaks ~3 minutes on each side.
