Ingredients
6-4oz / 115g top round steaks
2 eggs
1/4cup / 60ml Milk
1cup / 250ml bread crumbs
1/4tsp / 1ml salt, pepper, basil, thyme leaves, chili powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika
1/3cup / 80ml flour
1/4cup / 60ml safflower oil
2cups / 500ml Country Gravy
Preparation
Tenderize meat
Blend the eggs with the milk
Mix bread crumbs with other seasonings
Dust steaks with flour, dip them in the egg wash, dredge through the seasonings
Heat the oil in a skillet, fry steaks ~3 minutes on each side.
