Ingredients
-Chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
-1 can of cream of mushroom soup
-1 can of cream of chicken soup
-8 oz sour cream
-Salt and pepper
-1 can of chopped water chestnuts, drained
-Townhouse crackers
-Butter
Preparation
- Butter 9 x 13 baking dish and cover bottom with layer of crushed crackers
- Layer chicken, salt and pepper to taste
- Mix soups, sour cream and water chestnuts, then pour over chicken
- Layer whole crackers on top
- Pour melted butter on top and bake at 375º for 20-30 minutes
